Are your crystals 100% natural?
Yes — all of our crystals are 100% natural and ethically sourced. They are never artificially dyed or heat-treated. Because each piece is formed by nature, slight variations in colour, shape, and inclusions are completely normal and make every crystal truly one of a kind.
How do I cleanse and care for my crystal?
We recommend rinsing most crystals gently under cool running water and leaving them to charge in moonlight. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners and prolonged direct sunlight, which can cause fading. Please note that some crystals — such as Celestite and Selenite — are water-sensitive and should be cleansed using sound, smoke, or moonlight only.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@morvaris.com before sending anything back — returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your order is shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receipt for any reason, no explanation needed.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that personalised items, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
