Your satisfaction and peace of mind matter to us. We want you to love every piece you receive — and if something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. Your receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, please reach out to us at contact@morvaris.com. Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we'll provide a return shipping label along with full instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect every piece before it leaves us — but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us immediately upon receiving your package. We'll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom pieces (custom engravings, bespoke crystal sets, made-to-order items)
- Sale items and gift cards
- Personal care or consumable products

Exchanges
The easiest way to exchange a piece is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order for the one you'd like. This ensures the fastest processing time.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, with no explanation needed. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the amount.
If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at contact@morvaris.com.
