Shipping policy
We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy, our refund and return policy is here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Products must be unworn, unused, in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
- Certain items such as personalized or custom pieces, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Process for Returns

- Include your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
- We will provide return instructions including a return shipping label. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

Order Cancellation
We support order cancellations before shipment. You will receive 100% of your original order amount if you cancel before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, refunds or returns must comply with the conditions outlined in this policy.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you need assistance, contact us at contact@morvaris.com and we will guide you through the process.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless otherwise required by law:
- Personalized or custom-made pieces (e.g. custom engravings, bespoke crystal sets)
- Personal care or consumable items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "final sale" or purchased during a promotion
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipping into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Lost Packages
If the tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you have not received it, please first contact the carrier using your tracking number to try to locate the package. If the tracking information confirms that the package is lost in transit, we will offer either:
- a replacement, or
- a full refund
Damaged Items During Transit
If the outer package is seriously damaged upon arrival, please request a damage report from your local post office or carrier. Based on this report, we may issue a full refund. If the outer packaging is intact but the item inside is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide an unboxing video or photo. After reviewing the case, we may offer a replacement or appropriate compensation.
Change of Mind (Non-Defective Items)
If you have changed your mind after purchase, we may accept a return only with prior approval. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging with all contents complete. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or use.
Refused Deliveries
If you no longer want your order, please contact us before refusing delivery. If a package is refused without prior communication and approval, you may be responsible for the shipping costs both ways, and we may not be able to issue a refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you have done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at contact@morvaris.com.
Fraudulent Orders
If you believe your credit card was used fraudulently and you did not make the purchase, please contact your card issuer immediately. Credit card fraud is a serious matter. If we determine that a stolen or unauthorized payment method was used for an order, we reserve the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities.
